Refund & Return Policy

30-day money back guarantee

We know purchasing online is easy but needs more attention. Our customers are very happy with their orders and they  love our products but if you're not completely happy with your order for any reason , you can return it to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

We've kept the process simple - all you have to do to is fill up Returns form here:

We will reply to your email within 48 hours. If you want to return and refund ,we will send you a  confirmation Email .

So, you will return the product to Allbrands address. Once your return arrives and is checked by our staff we'll process a refund back to your 

credit card or bank account - no hassle or drama necessary.

You are responsible for return shipping fees unless we made a delivery mistake.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please return the unused goods to us with your purchase info within 30 days and we will offer you an

exchange or a credit. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or 

compensation where the goods are faulty etc. We cannot exchange any product if it has been used or out of it's first condition or if it is a food or underwear item. 


If an item arrives damaged

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please inform us immediately and we will  collect faulty product . Immidiately will  send a 

replacement. 


The original shipping fee is not refunded

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally 

ordered the wrong item, but we can't refund what we've already paid to have your item couriered to you. We're just like any other 

stores - you are responsible for getting an item back to us so we can refund or exchange it.

Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good

deal of money on staff and packaging, we're only going to deduct the actual postage amount. In other words - you cover the postage and 

we'll pay for the labour & packaging.

Our 30 day refund policy does not apply of Deal products because they are selling on lowest prices. 

As a responsible retailer we will of course fully meet all our legal obligations under the nz consumer guarantees act for any purchases of our items on other websites.
